Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   • "Driver Courses" means the driver safety and education courses provided by SteerSmartly.
   • "Customer" means the individual enrolling in the Driver Courses.
   • "Customer Data" means the personal information provided by the Customer, including name, contact details, and driver's license information.
2. The Driver Courses
   • SteerSmartly provides online and in-person Driver Courses to help improve driving skills and safety.
   • Customers must complete all course requirements to receive a certificate of completion.
   • SteerSmartly reserves the right to deny access or terminate a Customer's enrollment for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
3. Customer Data and Privacy
   • SteerSmartly collects Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Driver Courses and maintaining the integrity of the program.
   • SteerSmartly does not sell, exchange or share Customer Data with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.
   • SteerSmartly takes measures to securely store and process Customer Data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
   • The Driver Course materials and content are owned by SteerSmartly and protected by copyright.
   • Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for their personal learning purposes.
   • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction or commercial use of the course materials is prohibited.
5. Fees and Payment
   • Customers shall pay the fees for the Driver Courses as specified by SteerSmartly.
   • Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which the Customer is responsible for paying.
6. Termination
   • SteerSmartly may terminate a Customer's access to the Driver Courses for violation of these terms or other inappropriate conduct.
   • Upon termination, the Customer's right to access the Driver Courses will end.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • SteerSmartly's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the specific Driver Course.
   • Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
   • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
